Dena Grid Study 2

The study „Integration of Renewable Energies into the Electricity Grid in Germany in the Period of 2015 – 2020 with Forecast on 2025” (dena Grid Study 2) was prepared by a consortium led by the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne (EWI). The study was carried out in cooperation with DEWI GmbH – German Wind Energy Institute, Fraunhofer Institute for wind energy and energy system technology (IWES), 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, Amprion GmbH, EnBW Transportnetze AG and TenneT TSO GmbH.
